Refund Policy
How Speech10 handles failed generations, credit corrections, and approved payment refunds.
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Failed generation refunds
Credits reserved for a generation are automatically returned when Speech10 cannot complete the full job. For long scripts, the system retries failed blocks before marking the job unsuccessful.
Completed generations
Credits charged for successfully generated audio are generally not refundable because provider processing has already occurred. Contact support if the delivered file is technically corrupted or materially incomplete.
Bank-transfer payments
Bank transfers are manually reviewed. Incorrect, duplicate, or unapproved transfers must be investigated before any adjustment. Approved refunds are returned using an available method and may be reduced by unavoidable bank charges.
Requesting a review
Contact support with your account email, payment or generation reference, date, amount, and a concise explanation. Do not send sensitive banking credentials.
