These terms govern access to Speech10, its voice-generation tools, credits, and related services.

1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep access to your Google account or email secure, and accept responsibility for activity performed through your account. You may not share access in a way that bypasses package or usage limits.
2. Credits and service
Speech10 is prepaid. One Speech10 credit represents one billable text-to-speech character unless a package states otherwise. Features, voices, languages, and processing times may change as providers evolve.
3. Your content
You retain rights you hold in submitted scripts and generated outputs. You grant Speech10 the limited permission required to process, store, and deliver them. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions.
4. Prohibited activity
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, Speech10, or the public.
5. Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every output will meet a particular creative purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Speech10 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent through our Contact page.
